Yes, we bring all of our equipment and supplies! Including extra mask’s as well.
We also offer a non chemical cleaning service. None of the products used have any harsh chemicals and we love to use our essential oils for the extra clean smell! Perfect for pets, kids and the environment.
Our experienced dust busters will come and clean your home for the time scheduled. We arrive promptly with all of our supplies and equipment ready. If this your first service, we like to do a walk through with you. We conduct our cleaning list and ensure everything is being checked twice! After a final walk through, we accept payment via cash, check, cash app and venmo.
The property must remain vacant while we are working, unless discussed with the office other wise. . Make sure to leave the key in a safe place or with the front desk so our cleaners can get in right away. We always double check these things before we lockup. We understand that the security of your home is extremely important, and we consider it our number one priority.
Most of our recurring clients have provided us with keys to their homes. Your keys will not have any identifying information on them and will be stored in a bio-metric safe. You can also hide a key. Billing starts when we arrive at the main entrance of the building. We will not issue a refund for missed appointments or lockouts, but will issue a credit of $50 towards your next booking. We highly recommend that you provide us with keys.
To ensure efficiency, Tropical Clean staff members typically work in teams of two. However, more than two cleaners may be assigned for a particular job, due to the size of the location being cleaned. We will make every effort to assign the same team for each visit to a particular location. More then 2 cleaners may be requested at the time of the estimate.
No, you can get an instant price and time estimate online for a property of your size. Fees are based on the size and conditions of your home and standard times it takes to clean. When you receive this initial estimate, it is based on hundreds of properties similar to yours. On rare occasions some properties require additional time beyond what is typical. Please be honest with yourself about the conditions of the property when you book, as we are only able to work for the time that you selected.

Yes we can clean your lanai! Please arrange this with the office at the time of the estimate as this is a standard service and we understand that everyone’s needs are different.
We understand that it is a privilege to be in your home, and we are always careful with your belongings. Our highly trained staff is skilled at handling fragile items. On rare occasions, however, it is possible an item may get broken. To ensure that you and your property will be protected, we do carry liability insurance.
We will always be mindful of pets kept on your property, but we cannot be held responsible to watch them while the service is being performed. It is best to secure your pet in a location that you do not want us to clean. We will clean up pet hair, but we will not clean out litter boxes or pet waste.
Please be careful! Let one of us know you are there immediately. Floors could be wet, or surfaces could have chemicals on them. The property must remain vacant while we work.
Our prices are based on our initial visit to your home. We reserve the right to charge for unexpected conditions and guests. If a permanent change in your rate is necessary, we will contact you. Should you foresee us needing additional time to clean your property due to a temporary condition, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
We want happy customers, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours. We will send a cleaner back out to your place at no additional charge!

We accept checks made out to “Tropical Clean”, cash, cash app, and venmo. Payments we accept over the phone are Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
The employee retention rate in the home cleaning industry is extremely low, 30-90 days on average. Tropical clean employees are generously compensated, valued and respected and the average length of employment for a Tropical Clean employee is about 11 months. We are working to bring that number up, and in the meantime, we cross train all of our employees so that you will have a seamless experience regardless of who cleans your home. That being said, if you have recurring service you will always have the same cleaning professional unless a scheduling conflict comes up.
If you have a security system, please make necessary arrangements to give your cleaning crew access to your home on your scheduled day. Some clients establish a guest or temporary code. After setting up this procedure with the office, we guarantee to follow all directions given to ensure properly locking up the home before leaving.
