David did the bulk of our cleaning, and I don’t know that there is anything I can’t say about his work. He knew exactly what questions to ask in order to make sure he was doing exactly what we wanted, he was not only quick, but his work was outstanding, he was friendly, hard-working. They keep the same cleaners with the same people so we are fortunate to have David Every time.
The work they managed to get through in just a few visits was unbelievable to me. They deep cleaned our bathrooms, kitchen, (stove looked brand new) hallways, living room, office, washroom, did all of our walls in all rooms listed, mopped, dusted, etc.

This is seriously the best cleaning service! I've tried several in the past six years, and after ever one I either felt ripped off, or like I was an intruder in my own house. I work out of my home, and I have a hard time when the people I hire are screaming into there phones, or they bring a twelve year old as one of the cleaners. This does not happen with Tropical Clean. They are friendly, professional, and efficient. They are the best-- my house was a mess and now it is spotless! Thank you!

I had been trying to find a cleaning service for months. I was always stood up or given ridiculous estimates. Finally I got what I was looking for with Tropical Clean. They responded to my request for a quote immediately and scheduled a cleaning for two days after my call. She was on time and I felt completely comfortable the whole time she was there. I hired tropical clean to do a deep clean and I was blown away by the professionalism, thoroughness and quickness. The lady in the office said it could take 5 hours but it only took 4! The maids are very polite and respectful. They definitely know what they are doing. They come to my house every other week and now its what I look forward too! Great people!

I found Tropical Clean about 6 months ago and I recommend them to everybody! They flip my units fast and efficeient, paying great attention to detail. They have reasonable prices and are very upfront about the service and the cost so there are never any surprises or added on fees. They offer emergency services, I had David come out and clean a house late at night because of an issue with a tenant I had and he got the job done perfectly and I didn’t have to stress about the situation the next day! These guys are a god sent! So grateful I found them!

David and Ashley are beyond amazing workers!!!!! I am in the midst of preparing my townhouse for a rental and needed a solid cleaning company to come in and do a nice deep cleaning from head to toe. I walked the property with them and told them the things that I wanted to really make sure that they hit. They cleaned my white baseboards and made them look like new, the oven was sparkling, the bathroom tub was cleaner than I was ever able to get it, these guys are just amazing. And whoever the owner is that I was communicating with via text was spectacular as well. I initially thought the job would only take three hours but was informed about two hours in that they may need more time to do everything I had requested. I gave permission for them to continue which I really appreciated. All things considered: the communication, they were on time, they double checked with me that everything was up to my standards, and everyone I dealt with within this company was very nice and respectful and had a smile on their face. I will absolutely use them again and you should as well.

David does the best job on my tile floors! We have 5 pets and I’ve never been able to wipe up a spill after a cleaning service has come without the paper towel coming back with dirt. We are lucky to have finally found a permanent service for what our house needs. Communication is always great and they are on time. Thanks!

I am from Boston, Massachusetts, and I literally just arrived at my parents old home in Seattle, Washington. I was shocked to see how dirty the house was, especially the refridgerator and the bath tub. The home has been vacant for at least 6 months and the previous tenant did not leave the home in broom clean condition. I called and they are very responsive. They understand my urgency and were able to schedule a deep cleaning the next day morning. David came over to my home and did an excellent job at cleaning the house. The refridgerator is now clean as new. He even went a little over the clock to finish up the job without charging me extra. He is very professional and I am impress with the clean up results. I would highly Tropical Clean! Keep up the good work!
